(California) and Global Buy LLC (Nevada), collectively referred to as “Global Buy,” “we,” “our,” or “us.”

1. Products & Availability

Global Buy sells appliances, televisions, home electronics, accessories, and related products through our retail operations and online store.

All products, pricing, availability, specifications, and promotional offers are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel orders due to inventory discrepancies
• Refuse or limit quantities
• Modify or discontinue products at any time

Orders may be canceled by Global Buy prior to fulfillment, pickup, delivery, or shipment creation if:

• Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected
• Payment authorization fails
• Product condition changes prior to fulfillment

2. Payment & Lease-to-Own Providers

Global Buy may offer flexible payment options or lease-to-own purchasing solutions through third-party providers.

Global Buy is not the lender or financing provider. Approval decisions, payment schedules, lease agreements, and financing terms are determined solely by the third-party provider.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all lease-to-own or payment provider agreements before completing a transaction.

3. All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products and because we are a small business, all sales are considered final unless otherwise required by law.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Buyer’s remorse
• Preference changes
• Incorrect measurements or fitment
• Changed decisions after purchase
• Cosmetic preferences after delivery/pickup

Customers are responsible for verifying dimensions, specifications, installation compatibility, and space requirements prior to purchase.

4. Warranty Information

Brand New Products

Brand new products include applicable manufacturer warranties unless otherwise stated on the invoice or product listing.

Open Box Products

Open Box products include a 90-Day Limited Store Warranty unless otherwise stated on the invoice.

Warranty claims require:

• Product returned without additional physical damage
• Return of all included accessories and components
• Compliance with warranty inspection requirements

Global Buy reserves the right to:

• Repair
• Replace
• Exchange
• Provide store credit
• Deny warranty claims
  depending on inspection results and warranty eligibility.

5. Product Condition & Accessories

Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon pickup or delivery.

Any pre-existing cosmetic blemishes, imperfections, or disclosed conditions noted on the invoice are acknowledged and accepted by the customer at time of purchase.

Warranty claims may be denied if products are returned:

• With physical damage
• With cracked screens
• With liquid damage
• With missing accessories
• In modified condition
• Without required components such as:
  • Remote controls
  • Power cables
  • TV stands/legs
  • Mounting hardware
  • Shelves/accessories

6. Delivery & Pickup

Global Buy offers local delivery and store pickup services in select areas.

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring products fit through doorways, staircases, elevators, hallways, cabinetry, and installation spaces
• Providing safe and accessible delivery conditions
• Verifying utility compatibility and installation requirements

Global Buy is not responsible for:

• In-home modifications
• Door removal
• Plumbing/electrical modifications
• Installation incompatibilities
• Delays caused by inaccessible locations or unsafe delivery conditions

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon:

• Successful delivery
• Customer pickup
• Carrier acceptance for shipped items

7. Shipping

Certain products may be shipped nationwide depending on size, availability, and carrier limitations.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.

Global Buy is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Weather delays
• Lost shipments caused by incorrect customer addresses
• Third-party shipping interruptions

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website unlawfully
• Attempt to interfere with website operations
• Submit false information
• Engage in fraudulent transactions
• Copy, scrape, or misuse website content without authorization

Global Buy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse or suspected fraudulent activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Buy shall not be liable for:

Customers agree to waive:

• Jury trial rights
• Participation in class action lawsuits
• Consolidated legal proceedings

Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.
