Do you offer lease-to-own?

Yes. American First Finance is our main lease-to-own partner, and Koalafi and Kafene are also available at our stores. All credit welcome with American First Finance. See payment options and apply.

A lease is not a loan or credit transaction. Approval is subject to review and is not guaranteed, and the total cost to own may be more than the cash price. Review your agreement before you sign.

Can I return or exchange an item?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or because a product doesn't fit your space, so please check dimensions and specifications before you buy. Products with a defect are covered under warranty.

What warranty comes with my purchase?

New products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Open-box products come with a 90-day limited store warranty unless your invoice says otherwise. See Warranty Information.

How does store pickup work?

Choose pickup at checkout. We'll email you when your order is ready. Bring your confirmation email and a valid photo ID.

Do you deliver?

Yes, in select local areas. Delivery options for your address appear at checkout. See Pickup & Delivery.

What does open box mean?

Open-box items have been opened or displayed. Any cosmetic blemishes or missing accessories are noted on the product page and invoice.
